    Privacy Policy

Taphouse 6 LLC · Last Updated: August 2026

    1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Taphouse 6 LLC ("Taphouse 6," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information we receive through taphouse6.com (the "Site"), our in-restaurant sign-up forms, and related marketing communications, covering both our Hanover, PA and New Freedom/Shrewsbury, PA locations.

By using the Site or submitting information to us through a form, QR code sign-up, or similar means, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

    2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

We collect information you voluntarily submit through forms on the Site and through in-restaurant sign-up (including QR code table cards). Depending on the form, this may include:

    • Name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Information submitted through our Catering Inquiry form specifically: event date, estimated headcount, preferred pickup location, and any notes or menu preferences you provide
    • Any other information you choose to include in an open-text field (for example, notes on a catering request or a contact form message)

We do not collect payment card information through the Site. All ordering and payment is processed directly through our point-of-sale and online ordering provider, and Taphouse 6 does not receive or store your card number through the Site.

    2.2 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website, through standard analytics and advertising tools. This is typically collected through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies.

    3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

    • Respond to catering inquiries, reservation requests, and general questions
    • Send marketing communications by email and text message, such as menu updates, promotions (including our monthly featured-item campaign), event announcements, and restaurant news — where you have provided your contact information for this purpose
    • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our marketing programs
    • Understand how visitors use the Site, through aggregated analytics
    • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of Taphouse 6, our guests, and others

    4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who help us operate our business and marketing programs, including providers that support:

    • Email and text message marketing and customer relationship management
    • Point-of-sale, ordering, and guest data management
    • Website hosting and analytics
    • Online advertising

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Taphouse 6, our guests, or others.

    5. Email and Text Message (SMS) Marketing

If you provide your email address or phone number to us — whether through a Site form, in-restaurant QR code sign-up, or otherwise — you may receive marketing communications from us, including news, promotions, and updates about Hanover and/or New Freedom/Shrewsbury.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 11 below to be removed from either list.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or operational communications we may need to send you (for example, a response to a catering inquiry you submitted).

    6. Data Retention

We currently retain contact information for as long as you remain subscribed to our marketing communications. If you unsubscribe or opt out, we will stop sending marketing communications to you, though some record of your contact information and opt-out status may be retained to honor your opt-out and for internal record-keeping.

    7. Children's Privacy

The Site and our marketing sign-up forms are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any information submitted through our forms — including catering inquiries and marketing sign-ups — is expected to be submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of their family, not by a minor.

    8. Your Choices

    You may:

    • Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link
    • Opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP
    • Contact us to ask what information we have on file, request a correction, or request that we delete your information, using the contact details in Section 11

    9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
