    Terms & Conditions

Taphouse 6 LLC · Last Updated: August 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of taphouse6.com (the "Site"), operated by Taphouse 6 LLC ("Taphouse 6," "we," "us," or "our"), covering our Hanover, PA and New Freedom/Shrewsbury, PA locations. By using the Site, submitting a form, placing an online order, or purchasing a gift card, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    2. Site Content and Availability

Menu items, pricing, hours, and promotions (including our limited-time featured-item campaign) are subject to change without notice and may vary by location. Photos on the Site are representative and may not depict the exact plating, portion, or preparation of a dish.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Site content accurate but do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

    3. Online Ordering

Online food ordering is processed through our third-party ordering and payment partner. When you place an order, you are also agreeing to that provider's own terms and payment processing policies. Taphouse 6 does not process or store your payment card information.

    4. Catering Inquiries

Submitting a Catering Inquiry form is a request for a quote only. It does not create a confirmed booking or a binding agreement. A catering order is confirmed only once Taphouse 6 has followed up by email or phone to confirm the details, availability, and pricing with you directly.

Minimum lead time and other order requirements are stated on the catering page and are subject to change based on kitchen capacity and the size of the order.

    5. Gift Cards

Taphouse 6 gift cards are sold both in-restaurant and through the Site. Gift cards are redeemable at both Hanover and New Freedom/Shrewsbury locations unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

    6. Walk-Ins Welcome

Taphouse 6 does not accept reservations at this time. Walk-ins are welcome at both locations.

    7. Promotions and the Drop 6

From time to time, Taphouse 6 may run promotions, giveaways, or interactive features on the Site or through our social channels, including elements of our limited-time Drop 6 campaign (such as a family voting mechanic and associated drawing).

Any such promotion is subject to its own official rules, which will be made available at the time of the promotion and will govern eligibility, how winners are selected, and how prizes are awarded.

    8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, logos, and brand names such as "Fully Casual," "Hospitality Ahead," "Tappy Hour," "Drop 6," and "D.A.M. Fine Spirits" — is owned by Taphouse 6 or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

    9. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

    • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form (including catering, contact, or promotional forms)
    • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
    • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
    • Scrape, copy, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without permission

    10. User-Generated Content

If you tag Taphouse 6, submit a review, or otherwise post content publicly referencing Taphouse 6, you grant us permission to repost, share, or feature that content across our own marketing channels (including the Site and social media), with attribution where practical. You represent that you have the right to grant this permission for any content you post.

    11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as our online ordering partner, delivery partners, or social media platforms) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

    12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taphouse 6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

    14. Food Allergies and Dietary Information

Menu items are prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and shellfish. While we are happy to discuss ingredients and accommodate requests where possible, we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of a particular allergen due to shared kitchen equipment and preparation areas. Guests with food allergies or sensitivities should inform their server or Dining Room Attendant before ordering.

    15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

    16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
